Future project
Changing Horizons A new 2 year project with 6 countries, that has just been awarded Grundtvig funding and in November 2010 will have its first meeting in Utrecht. Further details will be posted soon.
Past projects.
Korean-Latin intercultural mask-making workshop for performance project. (Korea, Cuba, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil, July 2006): an IDEA-approved collaboration between practitioners from the Korean People's Theatre and theatre practitioners from IDEA members in 6 Latin and Central American countries designed to exchange mask-making skills towards a series of performances exploring traditional and contemporary ritual to be presented at the IDEA 2007 World Congress in Hong Kong. It is hoped this project will seed longterm collaborations between Asia and Latin America. Contact: Manoela Souza (manosouza@hotmail.com)
International Theatre Training Summer Camp
(Madurai, India, 5-20 August 2006): an IDEA-approved pilot project collaboration between the Indian Arts Movement and Madurai Kamaraj University offering training in applied theatre skills and traditional Indian Theatre for practitioners and students throughout the world.
